Communication styles in teachers of public educational institutions in the districts of Chuschi and San Juan Bautista, Ayacucho-2020

Abstract

The objective of this research was to compare the communication styles of teachers in public educational institutions in the districts of Chuschi and San Juan Bautista, Ayacucho-2020. The type of research was descriptive substantive, descriptive level, cross-sectional comparative design. The population consisted of 235 teachers and the sample of 93 teachers, which was obtained by means of a stratified probability sampling. In this investigation, the survey was used as a technique with its respective instrument, the questionnaire for data collection, and the same that were processed through the SPSS program. Having as a result by means of the Mann-Whitney U statistic the value of 0.774, which is greater than 0.05. This result allows us to conclude that, at a confidence level of 95%, the communication styles of the teachers of the investigated public educational institutions are not very different.
