Manuscript Acceptance and Rejection Index

The editor will submit all works received to a preliminary evaluation to verify compliance with editorial policies, the originality of the manuscript and the detection of plagiarism using the Turnitin anti-plagiarism system. They will then undergo external evaluation in order to guarantee quality, scientific rigor and academic-scientific relevance. This evaluation will be carried out using the double-blind modality. Therefore, the evaluators will not know the origin and authorship of the papers they evaluate, while the authors will not know the identity of the evaluators. The result of this process will give as an opinion:
Deadliness: the double-blind evaluation takes between 15 and 60 calendar days as long as the evaluators agree in their opinion. If a tie-breaker is needed, an additional 30 calendar days will be required for a third referee to evaluate the manuscript. The final decision is in the hands of the editor upon receipt of the corresponding referees, and in case of controversies, it is decided with the editorial committee.
Procedures: accepted works will be corrected to avoid problems of spelling, grammar, argumentative coherence, expressiveness and any aspect that may condition the text or make it unintelligible. Before publication, they will be forwarded to their authors for their approval.
